This Privacy Policy explains SixtyFive’s information collection and usage practices when you access and/or use our Solution.

By visiting our Websites, downloading our Application(s), and/or otherwise accessing and/or using our Solution, you are agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the accompanying Terms of Service, which incorporate this Privacy Policy by reference. Capitalized terms which are not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meanings defined in our Terms of Service.

This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through any version of the Solution and to information you send to us. It does not apply to information collected by any third party, including through any application, content, link or other interaction that may be available to you through the Solution.


We collect information as described below. Majority of the data collection and usage described in this Privacy Policy are required in order for you to be able to use the Solution. If you do not agree, you may not use the Solution.


When you sign up to become a user of the Solution, you will be required to provide us some personal information about yourself, and your company, which may include your name, email address and phone number, and similar (collectively, “Contact Information”). The

Contact Information is used to provide the requested Solution.

You will also be required to provide personal information about your branch managers, and your staff, shall you decide to create users for them in the Solution.


In order for us to provide you the Solution, you are required to provide us some business information, including, but not limited to, below (collectively, “Business Information”). This information is necessary for the Solution to operate as intended and provide you the features it includes. Shall you not provide accurate information, you acknowledge that the outcome of the Solution, e.g. Sales Receipt, may not be accurate either.

  • General information about your company, such as company name, address, registration number, phone number, email address, and similar
  • Financial information about your company such as tax registration number, sales tax rate, sales tax type, and similar
  • Information on branches under your company
  • Information on registers (cash register devices) under your branches
  • Information on menus, categories, items, modifiers, and users


If you wish to purchase a subscription for any premium features we may offer from time to time, you will be directed to the corresponding app store, which has or may require you to provide certain payment and billing information (collectively, “Billing Information”). We do not obtain, process, retain or have access to any Billing Information.



In addition to data you provide, or enter to, the Solution, including, but not limited to, Contact Information, and Business Information, we utilise some automatic data collection processes when you use the Solution. These processes may collect information such as your IP address, operating system, language, your device model, universally unique ID and/or mobile advertiser ID, screen size and resolution, carrier and network status, country and time zone, storage and processor information, and similar.

We do not currently transfer your personal information to a third-party that is not acting on our behalf, and we will not do so without your consent.

We do not currently collect sensitive personal information from you and we will not do so or disclose your sensitive personal information to any third party without your consent.

We may use Contact Information, Business Information, and any other information collected under this Privacy Policy to respond to general inquiries, solicit feedback about our products/services, provide customer support, fix any bugs, and to communicate with you about our current and future products.


In case we hire other companies to perform certain business services, we may disclose personal information to certain types of third-party companies, but only to the extent that to enable them to provide such services.


In the event of a merger, dissolution or similar corporate event, or the sale of all or substantially all of our assets, we expect that the information that we have collected, including personal information, would be transferred to the new entity in a merger or the acquiring entity. All such transfers shall be subject to our commitments with respect to the privacy and confidentiality of such personal information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.


We may be required to disclose personal information in response to legal requests by authorities, including for the purpose of meeting law enforcement requirements. We may also disclose personal information to other third parties when legally requested to do so by government authorities or required by law or regulation including, but not limited to, in response to court orders and subpoenas.



You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link included in any SixtyFive marketing email. Users cannot unsubscribe from receiving transactional emails related to their account.


We will retain your personal information in a form that identifies you only for as long as it serves the purpose(s) for which it was initially collected as stated in this Privacy Policy.


We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect the personal information from accidental loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, taking into account the risks involved in processing and the nature of such data, and comply with applicable laws and regulations.

You need to kindly understand, however, that no security system is invulnerable. We cannot guarantee the security of the databases, nor can we guarantee that the information you supply will not be compromised while being transmitted to and from us over the Internet.

Your password is stored as encrypted in our database, and your Access PIN is stored as hashed in your device. Therefore, in the unlikely event of a data breach, your password and your Access PIN are still safe.

We are using services such as web hosting, data storage, and similar, provided by GoDaddy Operating Company, LLC. SixtyFive has no control on, or responsibility for, operating, security, privacy, and similar, practices of GoDaddy Operating Company, LLC.


We do not knowingly collect personal information from persons under the age of 18 through the Solution. If you are under 18, please do not give us any personal information. If you have reason to believe that a person under the age of 18 has provided personal information to us, please contact us, and we will proceed to delete that information from our databases.


We are using services such as web hosting, data storage, and similar, provided by GoDaddy Operating Company, LLC, and currently our servers are located in their Asia region. If you are located outside the region, please be aware that any information provided to us, including personal information, will be transferred from your country of origin to GoDaddy’s Asia Region data centre location.

SixtyFive has no control on, or responsibility for, operating, security, privacy, and similar, practices of GoDaddy Operating Company, LLC.


You may have the right to request access to, or rectification or deletion, of your personal information or restriction of processing of your personal information, or to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability.

Kindly note that deletion of your personal information will result in the termination of the Agreement.

Upon termination of the Agreement for any reason, in case you request, we will communicate your personal information to you by email. After 3 months from the termination of the Agreement, we will delete all your personal data, and you acknowledge that you cannot claim any right for your personal data which was not requested within 3 months of termination date of the Agreement, and SixtyFive is not liable or responsible in any way, for any kind of consequences of the mentioned.

As described in the Terms of Service, the Solution may contain links to third-party websites. SixtyFive has no control over the privacy practices or the content of any of these websites. As such, we are not responsible for their content or privacy policies. You should check the applicable third-party privacy policy and terms of use when visiting any other websites, and before providing any personal information to such external sites.


This Privacy Policy is effective as of the date stated at the top of this Privacy Policy. We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time and will publish any changes on the Websites.

By visiting the Websites, downloading or updating the Applications, and/or otherwise accessing and/or using the Solution after we make any such changes to this Privacy Policy, you acknowledge to have accepted such changes. Please refer back to this Privacy Policy regularly.
